Best Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

• 6 large eggs

• 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

• 1 teaspoon white vinegar (or lemon juice)

• Salt and pepper, to taste

• Paprika, for garnish

• 3 green onions, sliced

Instructions

1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover, turn off heat,

and let sit for 10–12 minutes.

2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool completely, then peel.

3. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks to a bowl.

4. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

5. Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.

6. Sprinkle with paprika and sliced green onions. Chill until ready to serve.
