Jammy 7-Min Eggs with Chili Crisp

Ingredients

● 4 large eggs

● 1⁄2 cup Greek yogurt

● 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped

● 1 tbsp chives or parsley, finely chopped

● 1 tsp lemon zest

● Salt and pepper, to taste

● 2 tbsp chili crisp (use your favorite brand)

Instructions

1. Boil the eggs: Bring a pot of salted water to a gentle boil. Add the eggs carefully and

cook exactly 7 minutes.

2. Cool: Transfer eggs to an ice bath and chill for 2–3 minutes. Peel gently.

3. Make herbed yogurt: In a small bowl, combine yogurt, herbs, lemon zest, salt, and

pepper. Spread onto a shallow serving plate.

4. Assemble: Halve the jammy eggs and place them on the yogurt.

5. Top: Drizzle with chili crisp and finish with a pinch of flaky salt.

Serving Tip

Serve with warm pita or sourdough for dipping.
